When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package is on the way.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we ship only within the United States. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon!
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based facility. We're proudly rooted in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alessiaofficial.store with your order number and reason for return.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Do your charms fit standard bracelets?
Yes! Our 9mm Italian charms are compatible with standard Italian charm bracelets.
